What was your most memorable moment on your wedding day? How could I only pick one memorable moment from the most amazing day of our lives??? But I would have to say when I first saw David at our first look. We had all of our closest family and friends behind us just like they have been through our whole relationship. There was so much love in that moment and seeing him just made it all the more real and magical.
Tell us the story behind your stunning gown? You truly looked like a princess! I knew from the second I got engaged that I wanted a princess gown. When we got to Mariolkas Bridal all I had to say was “I want to be a princess” I tried on about 7-8 dresses. Obviously I loved them all because who wouldn’t love every single gorgeous dress they try on but none of them gave me the butterflies. One of the associates at the bridal shop said to me…”I have this dress that is from next years line maybe just try it on and see what you think?” I tried it on and my jaw dropped in the dressing room. She told me to go out and not say a word and just see what everyone says. I walked out. Saw everyone’s jaw drop and then I just started hysterical crying. I knew this was the princess dress I would marry David in. I wish I could wear it every day!
What advice would you give other couples planning their wedding? Just remember what the day is all about. Everyone told me the same thing during our planning “don’t sweat the small stuff because it won’t matter the day of the wedding” and I can’t even begin to tell you how true that is! Make sure you remind yourself everyday that this is about you and your significant other. Everything will always work out.
