Brittany + Zev
How did you both meet?
Zev and Brittany met on Jdate. Zev messaged Brittany and asked her on a date and they were inseparable ever since.
How did Zev propose?
Brittany and Zev were enjoying their day in Los Angeles at the Griffith Observtory. They took a hiking trail up to a look out then got lost soon there after. Once they were in the perfect spot, Zev told Brittany how he enjoyed traveling and going on adventures with her, however she was “the worst” traveler ever. This is when Brittany started yelling at Zev telling him he always ruins the moment. At that time, Zev got on one knee and asked if he could ruin the moment for the rest of their lives and if Brittany would marry him.
What was your most memorable moment on your wedding day?
The most memorable moment of our wedding day was the actual wedding ceremony. The sun was setting and it was a beautiful day with great weather for an outdoor ceremony. We were lucky to have not one, not two, but three rabbis involved in our ceremony. The chuppah was gorgeous that we were married under and we were so happy to have all of our family and friends there.
What inspired your vision for your wedding day?
Pinterest inspired my vision for my wedding day. It was so helpful in choosing a color scheme and flower arrangements including both centerpieces and bouquets. Also, I wanted the wedding ceremony and reception ballroom to feel very romantic and elegant. I loved that instead of a runner for the wedding aisle during the ceremony we had tons of flower petals. The champagne colored lace tablecloths on the tables gave an elegant touch.
What advice would you give other couples planning their wedding?
Enjoy every moment it goes by before you know it. Don’t get upset over little things that may go wrong because no one but you will know.
