Tiffany + Philip | Palm Beach Engagement Session

Tiffany + Philip

How did you both meet? Phil and I met on an unexpected night out amongst mutual friends. He had me laughing all evening and I knew there was something about him, but we actually were just friends for 1 and a half years after our first encounter. We stayed in touch on and off and continued to see each other at the casual hang outs or birthday parties we celebrated with our friends. We were both clearly captivated by each other but showed it through sarcasm and banter. It wasn’t until my birthday party in June of 2015 that I finally nudged him and asked when he was going to ask me on a date. We’ve been laughing hand in hand ever since.
How did Philip propose? Philip proposed on the most beautiful night in October, prior to a vacation we had planned to go to Disney and Boston. He suggested we go to our favorite spot looking out at the Jupiter inlet to watch the sunset and then to dinner, something we had done on numerous occasions but not recently. Little did I know that night he would pop the question! Phil gathered our closest friends and family to share in this special night. As they hid in bushes and by the water, he popped the question while fireworks were being shot off…and, I of course said YESSS!

Where are you getting married and what do you envision for your wedding day? Our wedding will be held at the Addison in Boca Raton. We fell in love with this venue due to it’s historic details, unique atmosphere, and gorgeous banyan trees. We have envisioned a day with our closest friends and family, all sharing in our love and happiness.
